Wagoner Public Works Authority customers can now save valuable time by paying their utility payment by phone. This new feature allows the City of Wagoner to give customers access to their account 24 hours a day, 365 days per year. The feature will also allow customers to save postage, access their updated account instantly, hear real-time balances, payment amounts and due dates and enter their information securely through an automated system. Payment options are available by debit or credit card by calling 866-232-3639.
This feature is separate from online bill pay and uses a separate payment system. Online bill pay can still be accessed on the City of Wagoner website at www.wagonerok.org à Online Tools à Utility Bill Payment.
Online billing for WPWA allows customers to view account detail and transaction history, view and update address/account info, view consumption history, pay utility bill, pay multiple bills in one payment, save credit card for future payments and manage multiple accounts. WPWA is happy to announce that online bill pay now also offers an automatic draft feature, where customers can go online and set up their utility payment to be drafted from their account automatically.
