Rules:

  • Dates may change due to Emergency and/or Scheduling conflicts.  Refer to citation and/or court documents for correct date and time for court.
  • No babies or children are allowed to be present during court.
  • Cell phones off before entering courtroom.
  • Defendants and/or witnesses who are scheduled to be in court shall come in and be seated. All other should leave due to seating limitations.
  • No talking during court. The Judge must be able to hear the defendant or person with whom they are speaking.
  • Defendants must be fully dressed in proper attire. No shorts or revealing clothing.
  • No facial or tongue piercings. Remove them prior to entering the courtroom.
  • When the Judge speaks with you, speak up. Do not whisper or mumble.

Trial dockets will begin immediately following the arraignment docket.  These dates may change due to scheduling conflicts.  Please refer to court documents received at your arraignment for correct date and time for court appearance.

Court Rules
