Municipal Court Information

Municipal Court is held on each Monday at Wagoner City Hall which is located at 231 Church Street.  Entry for Court is at the back of the building.  Payment docket begins at 2:00p.m. and Arraignment /Initial Appearance Docket is held at 3:00 p.m.  If Monday is a holiday then court will be held on Monday the following week. The City of Wagoner Municipal Court processes traffic and misdemeanor cases for the City of Wagoner. The City of Wagoner Disposition Docket and and Juvenile Court are also held on a monthly basis as shown below.

Court Rules

1. No babies or children are allowed to be present during court.
2. Cell phones must be turned off prior to entering the courtroom.
3. Defendants and/or witnesses who are scheduled to be in court shall come in and be seated. 
     All others should leave due to seating limitations.
4. No talking during court. The judge must be able to hear the defendant or person
     with whom they are speaking.
5. Person(s) attending court must be fully dressed in proper attire. No shorts or revealing clothing.
6. No facial or tongue piercings. Remove them prior to entering the courtroom.
7. When the Judge speaks with you, speak up. Do not whisper or mumble.
8.  Any and all other rules as set by the Judge.
9.  Dates may change due to scheduling conflicts.  Refer to citation and/or court documents for correct
     date and time for court.
