BID NOTICE

The City of Wagoner will accept sealed bids until May 31st, 2023 at 2:00p. for the following properties:

806 S. Wagoner, more particularly described as Lot 1, block 521, City of Wagoner, Wagoner County, State of Oklahoma.
504 W. 8th Street, more particularly described as Lot 4, Block 525, City of Wagoner, Wagoner
County, State of Oklahoma.
706 N.E. 9th, more particulary described as Lot 1, Block 113, City of Wagoner, Wagoner 
County, State of Oklahoma.
801 SW 2nd Street, more particularly described as Lot 1, Block 376, City of Wagoner,
Wagoner County, State of Oklahoma.

Property located on SE13th Street, East of Madison Avenue, more particularly described as Lot 5, Block 669 and the South half of adjacent vacated alley, City of Wagoner, Wagoner County,
State of Oklahoma.

Bids shall be turned in via sealed envelope at the office of the City Clerk located at 100 S. 
Gertrude Ave, Wagoner OK 74467.  Bids will be opened immediately following the deadline.
