Due to the extreme dry condidtions Wagoner County has issued an immediate continuance of the recent Fire Ban.
Under the Oklahoma statute, it is unlawful for any person to set fire to any forest, grass, range, crop, or other wildlands. It is also prohibited from building a campfire, bonfire, or to burn trash or any other material that
may cause such fires.
Violation - is a misdemeanor. Can carry a fine/jail time.
