The City of Wagoner partners with the Wagoner Metropolitan Area Planning Commission (WMAPC) to issue building, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical permits for the City of Wagoner as well as annual licenses for contractors. The WMAPC is located in City Hall, 231 Church St. Wagoner, OK
The Permits and Inspections Division provides consultative advice and plan review for developments within Wagoner. The Division is responsible for inspecting developments and issuing certificates of occupancy at the time of completion.
